Prince leads PRINCESTON Legal Practitioners, a boutique corporate and technology-focused law firm advising businesses, entrepreneurs, institutions and innovation-driven enterprises. His practice and interests include corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, technology and startup law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, property and commercial litigation.
For Prince, law is more than a way to resolve disputes. It is a framework for helping businesses grow, protecting innovation, sustaining accountability and creating long-term value.

He also serves as a Visiting Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Prime University Abuja, contributing to the development of the next generation of legal professionals.
His interests extend to artificial intelligence, AI governance, intellectual property, technology policy, innovation and the future of institutions. He is particularly interested in how law, technology and public policy can expand opportunity while preserving accountability in a digital world.
In his first year at the University of Abuja, Prince founded the Association of Creative Writers (ACW-UA), a platform for literary engagement, intellectual development and creative expression. He subsequently initiated and led projects in career development, leadership, recognition and student empowerment, including After School, What’s Next? and the Distinguished Undergraduate Student Awards.

Prince is the author of 23 Lessons I Learned Before 23 and The Art of Effective Writing. His historical fiction novel NINETEEN SIXTY-SEVEN explores Nigeria’s history, identity and the human consequences of conflict, particularly around the Nigerian Civil War.
