Professional profile
Prince is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, with an LL.B from the University of Abuja and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. His advocacy career included an appearance before the Supreme Court within his first week of practice.
His practice covers corporate structuring and governance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, technology law, data protection and dispute resolution. He contributes to Africa-centred AI governance and digital rights discourse as a Full Member of the Law Society of African AI Professionals (LSAAP), and has authored and co-authored legal articles on blockchain technology and space law.
